As a celebrant it is a privilege developing and presenting a
"once in a lifetime" experience for a couple and their
extended family and friends. Elements of the ceremony should
include music, poetry, personal and metaphoric stories, flow
and continuity so that the beauty and meaning of the
ceremony creates memorable emotions.
I am available every day of the week and invite you to

As a community based JP I am available (by appointment) to
certify copies of documents and administer oaths and
affirmations for legal documents such as Statutory
Declarations and Affidavits.

Q:
How long have you been a celebrant? A: 7 years - I was appointed by the Attorney General’s
Department in 2003
Q: Why did you become a celebrant? A: As a JP people continually asked me to marry them….I knew
I couldn’t do that so I contact the Attorney General’s
office…….and here I am
Q: How long should the Wedding Ceremony take? A: Ideally 20 - 30 minutes in total. It should be long
enough for people to be immersed in the ceremony itself, but
not too long to be too taxing.
Q: I am having a very small/very large wedding. Can you
accommodate this? A: Of course. Let's meet to discuss the logistics of your
special day.
Being such a profoundly important
and memorable event in ones life, Jan went the extra
mile to endeavor that every possible detail was covered,
from the exact order of ceremony, to the heels of my
sparkling white pumps! It ran beautifully, we both felt
very relaxed and appreciated the effort made to
incorporate our personal, spiritual beliefs which meant
a great deal to us. Not to mention, you looked fabulous
and brought a great spirit to the day. We really wanted
to thank you so much for helping to make it so joyous…..
we still have friends and family telling us it was the
most warm and loving wedding they'd ever attended! I
